Refunds policy

All clients of CRS Central are required to adhere to the following refund terms:

  • A minimum notice period of thirty (30) days is required to initiate any refund request.

  • Refunds shall only be applicable to advance payments made for services beyond the 30-day notice period.

  • Any amount corresponding to services scheduled or rendered within the 30-day notice period shall be non-refundable.

  • All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the signed agreement between CRS Central and the Client.

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 business days, via the original mode of payment or any other mutually agreed method.
