Cancellation of Services

  • Clients may request cancellation of services by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.

  • Cancellation requests shall only be valid after the completion of the agreed lock-in period, as specified in the signed contract.

  • The lock-in period duration varies depending on the terms agreed upon in the individual service agreement.

  • Any cancellation request made during the lock-in period shall not be accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CRS Central.

  • CRS Central reserves the right to continue billing for the notice period, regardless of service utilization.

General Terms

  • All notices for refund or cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.

  • CRS Central reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.

  • In case of any conflict between this policy and the signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail.
