Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Services
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
Cancellation requests shall only be valid after the completion of the agreed lock-in period, as specified in the signed contract.
The lock-in period duration varies depending on the terms agreed upon in the individual service agreement.
Any cancellation request made during the lock-in period shall not be accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CRS Central.
CRS Central reserves the right to continue billing for the notice period, regardless of service utilization.
General Terms
All notices for refund or cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
CRS Central reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.
In case of any conflict between this policy and the signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail.
